Well Health Care was founded in 2018 by a registered nurse with a passion to make a difference in the lives of those living with disabilities. The inspiration to bring WHC to life was the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to have top-quality disability and aged care services available to them.

QUALIFIED AND COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT WORKERS

The support workers at Well Health Care are highly qualified, having completed certificates III and IV in Individual Support, Disability Support, Mental Health, and other relevant studies. Our team undergo an NDIS screening along with Police Checks to ensure we are delivering you a trusted and reliable service.

We are continuously learning and developing our support workers to be the best they can be, this involves partaking in events such as the disability expo and completing further studies.
