Support services are not one-size-fits all, it is important to have an in depth understanding of the service you are choosing for your journey to ensure it is the right fit for both you and your loved ones. Our team aid people of all ages with disabilities, impairments or developmental delays and provide support for their families, carers and loved ones.

There is a misconception that everyone living with a disability requires the same type of care, at Well Health Care we’re passionate about delivering bespoke support to each client and their loved ones no matter their age or circumstances. As a NDIS registered provider, you can be assured you are given the best possible care delivered by trusted and experienced support workers.

Aged care facilities often come with a price tag that can be indisputably exorbitant, as an alternative to this we offer aged care services from yours or your elderly loved one’s home. Getting to an age where you require a little bit more assistance performing everyday tasks can you leave you feeling frustrated and helpless, having access to high-level support from the comfort of your home means you can maintain independence.
This service also means your loved ones can find comfort in knowing their elderly parents, grandparents, friend, or family member is getting the level of support they truly deserve.
Well Health Care offer a flexible private in-home care programs that give you the opportunity to gain access to support work from the comfort of your own home. This service is available via self-funded or through government funded packages depending on your eligibility, we can discuss your options together to ensure you are getting the best possible outcome for you.
In-home care gives you the ability to remain in your safe space while having that extra support available to you to help make life that little bit easier. We appreciate that getting out and about in the community isn’t always easy for those living with a disability, we aim to deliver this service to you in a way that works for you.
Our group activities aim to create a sense of belongingness and connection, something we as humans all have the desire to feel. Being surrounded by people who, to a degree can empathise with your circumstances is important and we believe engaging with community activities is one way to experience this.
This service allows you to step outside of your comfort zone and partake in activities you may have never considered possible before, all while being around others trying to do the same thing. Our friendly support team will be there every step of the way should you feel a little nervous. These excursions have been a great success in the past and provide an opportunity for you to make a new friend!
VACCINATION
We Promote Strengthening of Immunity Through Vaccines and Immunisations
Vaccination remains the most effective protection against severe illness and hospitalisation, this is one of the many reasons we offer an at-home vaccination service ensuring those who may be vulnerable or experiencing immunity issues are able to remain safe and protected from the comfort of their home.
We have a team of registered nurses with more than 10 years of community nursing experience who able to assist and coordinate with medical professionals to provide a top-level of care to you. This service will be conducted in the comfort and safety of your own home.
Our care team are able to visit your home for monitoring after your vaccination as well as providing a follow up to ensure you remain up to date with any necessary vaccines. Our client’s health is of the highest priority to us, we believe you deserve the very best which is why we have curated a state-of-the-art team of knowledgeable and understanding nurses and support workers and make this experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.
