Private Care

Well Health Care offer a flexible private in-home care programs that give you the opportunity to gain access to support work from the comfort of your own home. This service is available via self-funded or through government funded packages depending on your eligibility, we can discuss your options together to ensure you are getting the best possible outcome for you.

In-home care gives you the ability to remain in your safe space while having that extra support available to you to help make life that little bit easier. We appreciate that getting out and about in the community isn’t always easy for those living with a disability, we aim to deliver this service to you in a way that works for you.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

DELIVERING BESPOKE CARE FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

Private in-home care aims to allow you to maintain your own schedule and independence while having access to an extra set of hands when needed. This program enables clients to avoid moving into permanent facilities such as aged-care or assisted living.

Our passionate support staff are there to deliver the highest quality custom care that you deserve as you transition into a new season of your life. We appreciate that needing to rely on someone for tasks that used to come as second nature can be disheartening, we aim to empower you to maintain as much self-efficiency as possible while working collaboratively with your support team when extra help is needed.

The Well Health Care team are highly trained and qualified with an extensive screening process in place, you can find reassurance in knowing your loved ones are getting support from people that truly care. We have a team available around the clock should this be a service you require, we will be in constant communication with you and your support team to ensure we are meeting your individual needs and goals to the highest standard.

In-home respite care provides an opportunity for family member carers to tend to their commitments and appointments without having to worry about their loved one. QUALIFIED AND COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT WORKERS

The support workers at Well Health Care are highly qualified, having completed certificates III and IV in Individual Support, Disability Support, Mental Health, and other relevant studies. Our team undergo an NDIS screening along with Police Checks to ensure we are delivering you a trusted and reliable service.

We are continuously learning and developing our support workers to be the best they can be, this involves partaking in events such as the disability expo and completing further studies.

We will sit down together to discuss the many services and sub-services available to you. This will help us identify which program would best suit you and your needs. We always strive to deliver the best care possible and ensure this step helps us achieve this.

Create and implement a plan
to optimise your experience

Now that we have assessed your current circumstances and identified which service would best suit you, we will create a plan to get you started as soon as possible. Please be assured we can make changes to your service at any given time should you decide it isn’t right for you.
